Who we are
Search is Near is SEO software built by Rev Club, LLC ("Rev Club," "we," "us"). This policy covers searchisnear.com. The Search is Near app at app.searchisnear.com may show its own privacy terms when you sign up.
What we collect
When you fill in an email form on this site, we receive:
- Your email address.
- The website and topic you typed into a free tool on the page, if any.
- The plan you picked, and which page and button the form came from.
The free tools on this site run in your browser. Nothing you type into them is sent to us unless you then submit an email form.
How we use it
We use what you send to reply to you, set up your first post, add you to a waitlist you joined, or pass your request to the Rev Club team. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Service providers
We use a small number of vendors to run this site:
- Formspree receives and stores email form submissions.
- Google Fonts serves the site's fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads.
- Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, page requested, and time.
If we add analytics, we will update this page.
Cookies
This site does not set its own cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions for as long as we need them to follow up with you, plus a reasonable period for legal and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to how we use it. To do any of these, email [email protected].
Changes
We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top.
